We are a licensed MMJ delivery service in search of passionate and professional individuals with experience to join our Team as drivers. We are based in the heart of Oakland. This position has a great deal of room for upward mobility and is perfect for someone interested in long term employment and growth with us.

POSITION:
• Delivery Specialist

YOUR ESSENTIAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (others may be added):
• To be polite, respectful, and compassionate at ALL times as you are the face of our brand
• To communicate effectively with patients and management via phone/text
• To ensure timely and correct delivery of medical cannabis to patients
• To maintain strict inventory records of all materials delivered and received
• To handle cash payment accurately while keeping detailed accounts
• To be lawful and familiar with all State and Local laws pertaining to cannabis

REQUIREMENTS (others may be added):
• Pass a background check
• 21+ years of age
• Valid MMJ Recommendation
• Tech savvy and own an Android/iOS mobile phone with GPS capabilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Possess a safe, clean, and reliable car with valid insurance
• Demonstrate extremely strong verbal and written skills (bilingual a plus)
• Possess basic math skills
• Ability to follow precise rules and directions for delivery
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Must be able to perform various physical requirements —while performing the duties of this position you may be required to reach with hands and arms, speak and hear, stand, walk, sit and use hands to type, write and handle equipment and containers. You may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move objects of 50 pounds or less

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of cannabis practice
• MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF CANNABIS INDUSTRY/DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

COMPENSATION:
• $15.00/hour with possibility of overtime and bonuses in addition to regular pay.
